As a Shift Lead at CNH Group's Crumbl Cookies Jenkintown location, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our bakery team. We are seeking an experienced leader who can manage shifts, assign tasks, and maintain the highest standards of quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time position that requires previous leadership experience in the food service industry. You will be responsible for managing shifts, resolving customer complaints, mentoring new staff, and coordinating production schedules.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of bakers during each shift.
  • Assign tasks and ensure team members follow company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service.
  • Mentor and train new staff on our store procedures.
  • Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of baked goods.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of $15-$18 per hour, plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum of $2.50 per hour.
  • Flexible scheduling within our minimum requirements.
