Job Overview
WEG is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supervisors to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments, including container, cross-dock, and LTL cargo.
  • Accurately record inventory movements and update data in our Oracle system.
  • Verify physical pallets and load trailers for shipment.
  • Compile shipping documents based on customer specifications.
  • Perform cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy.
  • Receive and process inventory, returning items to stock or plant as needed.
  • Transact material movements in the ERP system.
  • Load and unload vehicles, inspecting trailers for damage or issues.
  • Operate a forklift (reach truck, order picker, turret truck) to pick, pack, and transport items.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience driving a forklift preferred.
  • 2 years work experience in production or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Certified forklift driver or willing to learn.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently.
  • Experience with import/export, distribution, and logistics a plus.
  • Strong MS Office and computer skills; experience with Oracle or other MRP systems preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, basic math skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Visual quality inspection and customer service orientation essential.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet or more while secured by a harness.

Work Environment:The Warehouse Associate II role requires working in a warehouse environment, both indoors and outdoors, with occasional access to high platforms secured by harnesses.
