About the Role

We are seeking a talented Radiology Technologist to join our team at Nebraska Medicine. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing expert diagnostic radiological imaging and patient care to our patients, physicians, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality diagnostic radiological imaging and patient care
  • Assure a high level of quality care and service to patients, physicians, and customers
  • Work collaboratively with the radiology team to ensure efficient and effective imaging procedures
Requirements
  • Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in radiology
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or ability to obtain ARRT certification within one year of hire
  • Currently licensed in the state of Nebraska
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in diagnostic radiology procedures
  • Ability to manage and interact with patients and families of all age groups
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Experience with multi-dimensional medical imaging systems, patient transportation devices, and radiology information system and Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS)
