Construction Superintendent

Skanska is seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to lead field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures
- Manage project schedules and budgets to meet or exceed expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in construction or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in heavy civil infrastructure construction
- Successful leadership of smaller projects or areas of larger projects
- Experience with change order and ticket management
- Experience with craft field crew and subcontractor oversight
- Experience with schedule updates and look-ahead schedules
- Experience with reading and delivering on plans and specifications
