LPN - Part Time Evenings - Assisted Living

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ancora Memory Support at Mount Alverna Village, a vibrant senior living community in Parma, Ohio.

About the Role

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining an optimal physical, spiritual, social, and psychological environment for our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise and coordinate activities, and ensure a high degree of quality care is maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
  • Supervise and coordinate activities performed by Resident Care Assistants (RCAs)
  • Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
  • Keep physician and/or other healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions
  • Perform specific clinical skills necessary for nursing care
  • Participate in documentation of nursing care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must enjoy working with the senior population
