Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
- Therapeutic Services: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other approaches, to help patients achieve their mental health goals.
- Case Management: Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes, as well as submit reports as required.
- Licensure and Certification: Possess a valid LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in the state of Rhode Island.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, with a focus on mental health services.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare professionals.
- Clear and Active License: Possess a clear and active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in the state of Rhode Island.
