Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

At Universal Healthcare Resources, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented LPN to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and ensuring that patients take their medication. You will also assist doctors and registered nurses, as well as liaise with patients' families.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment and provide individualized care.
  • Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities.
  • Ensure that patients take their medication as prescribed and provide education on medication management.
  • Assist doctors and registered nurses with patient care and procedures.
  • Liaise with patients' families to provide updates on their loved ones' condition and address any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in good standing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • COVID Vaccination and valid CPR certification.
  • Health documents and physical examination.
  • Updated resume.
