Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a dynamic and highly-driven Electrical Project Executive to oversee a variety of exciting construction projects. This permanent position involves managing all electrical aspects of our construction endeavors, from initial design through to project completion.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a skilled team and play a crucial role in ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure electrical systems are designed and installed according to project specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Review and approve electrical designs and plans for compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings, providing regular updates to senior management on project status.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and best practices in electrical construction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an executive management role within the construction industry, focusing on electrical projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
  • Commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to oversee project sites.
