About the Role

Penn Medicine is a leading academic medical center dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, conducting innovative research, and educating future healthcare leaders.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, People Analytics, to join our dynamic Data and Analytics team, PennDnA. In this role, you will collaborate with people leaders from across departments to develop bold new data-driven strategies for addressing workforce issues.

As a Data Analytics practitioner, you will help to develop PennDnA's People Analytics strategy and capabilities to achieve critical organizational goals related to identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Interpret data findings and translate them into actionable insights for a general business audience.
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand their strategic goals, refine data requests, and align data analyses with the organization's data assets.
  • Effectively communicate data findings to a general business audience, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential implications for decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to leaders.
  • Create client deliverables independently and monitor and report on progress.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation and quality control processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
  • 3+ years experience working with large, complex datasets, conducting data analyses, and generating insights.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight.
