Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including those up to 480v, 3 phase, and interpret electrical drawings.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical maintenance.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
