Front Desk Representative

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at 7 Cedars Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Make room reservations for guests and coordinate with other departments to meet their needs.
• Greet and check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all paperwork is in order.
• Prepare for guest arrivals and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, and promote 7 Cedars Resort properties to hotel guests.
• Coordinate with Totem Rewards to encourage guest participation in our loyalty program.
• Resolve guest conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service.

• 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a casino setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with hotel teams and guests.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to analyze and improve work processes.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and ability to master Agilysys -Visual One and interface with Revenue Management (Luxe).
