Compensation: $19 and up per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Overview

The Food & Beverage Department at Feather Falls Casino is looking for skilled and committed culinary professionals for Full-Time Cook, Line Cook, and Lead Line Cook roles. Whether you are working at the Dreamcatcher Custom Grill or the acclaimed Brewery, you will be part of a team that sets high industry standards and offers an exceptional working environment in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of food items accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space
• Collaborate with fellow team members to support food preparation
• Ensure proper food setup for the Brewery
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role required

Servsafe Food Handler Certification: Must be current or obtained within two weeks of hire

Ability to read and interpret documents, and communicate effectively

Strong skills in mathematics for measurements and calculations

Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions

Class B Gaming License (Provided for a fee with a clean background check)
