This is a Full-Time position that requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will be working closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve maintenance issues, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair issues with hotel equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure seamless operations and resolve maintenance issues.
- Emergency Response: Remain on-call to respond to emergency maintenance situations, including after-hours and weekend calls.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
