Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Operations Clerk for the PAB Assembly Expansion area will be instrumental in the creation and design of new documentation related to the newly implemented bag assembly machinery. This role will involve collaboration with technical writers throughout the phases of equipment installation, qualification, and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of administrative tasks to support operational functions.
- Receive and log records, ensuring completeness and accuracy of paperwork.
- Input data, compile information, and manage files through to completion.
- Respond to inquiries, retrieve information, and generate reports for management as required.
- Compile and maintain departmental records, logbooks, charts, and graphs, assisting the Manufacturing Supervisor with relevant information.
- Oversee departmental label accountability and provide coverage for employees during breaks and lunch periods.
The responsibilities outlined are not exhaustive and may include additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor periodically.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- 02-05 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Consistent and predictable on-site attendance is expected.
- Ability to work a non-standard schedule as required.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. Frequent use of hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms is necessary. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Physical Demands:
Light work - Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
Work Environment:
The characteristics of the work environment described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this role.
