Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Baker to prepare and cook a variety of prep items for our restaurant guests to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
  • Maintain the baker prep area in a clean and efficient manner
  • Multitask different prep sheets in a timely manner
  • Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality and rotating stock
  • Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature
  • Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
  • Respond to guest feedback with professionalism
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a restaurant cook preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification (or must be willing to attain)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
  • Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
