At Millstone Weber LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex construction projects from planning to completion. Your primary duties will include consulting with clients and staff regarding all phases of a project including planning, pre-design, design, bidding, construction, and post-construction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the construction industry and specifically with project/construction management and/or owners representative roles. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, construction management, or a related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate teams of superintendents and field engineers.
  • Provide cost estimating and quality assurance tracking services.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations to clients.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
