Fitness Coach

We're a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they're improving. Our 60-minute classes, led by highly trained and certified coaches, target at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism.

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Fitness Coach. As a Fitness Coach, you'll be responsible for greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. You'll present the OTF concept to interested consumers, give studio tours, work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, sell memberships, follow up on prospective clients, participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
