Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize patient care based on acuity level and available resources.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
  • Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
  • Coordinate patient discharge planning with team members.
  • Communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse in Illinois.
  • BLS upon hire; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ECRN with designated timeframe.
  • Emergency or critical care experience preferred.
  • Acute care experience preferred.
