Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Brigantine Restaurants. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and service to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $33,040 - $39,184, based on average hours worked per week and the current minimum wage of $15.50 to $16.30 per hour plus tips.

• Anticipate guests' needs and take proactive steps to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale system or manual ordering process.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, and make recommendations to guests as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
• A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Able to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Food Handler Certification and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required.
