Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist

The Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist at Telecare Corporation provides direct community support and case management services to assigned members using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles, Recovery Philosophy, and Evidence-Based practices.

Key responsibilities include coordinating service needs, collaborating with other services and agencies, and providing mental health rehabilitation services, case management, crisis intervention, integrated whole person care, and trauma informed care.

Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or Social Services and two (2) years of experience providing direct services in Mental Health, or a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or Social Services and four (4) years of experience providing direct services in Mental Health, or an Associate's Degree and six (6) years of experience providing direct services in Mental Health.
