Job Opportunity

Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brunswick, Ohio.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our patients. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal communication and swallowing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to patients, including adult and geriatric populations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in speech-language pathology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
