Job Summary">

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Newport Hospital & Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in the Acute Care setting, showcasing initiative, flexibility, and responsibility.

About the Role
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, perform assessments, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Utilize pain management techniques and educate patients and families on effective pain management strategies.
  • Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and efficient triage to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac monitoring and IV management, maintaining knowledge of medications, lab processes, and hospital admission procedures.
  • Maintain a professional environment, upholding safety, infection control, and clinic policies, while fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital settings.
  • Current RN license within the state of practice.
  • BLS Certification.
  • NRP with one (1) year of hire.
  • ACLS Certified within six (6) months of hire.
  • TNCC within one (1) year of hire.
  • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) within one (1) year of hire, or PALS within one (1) year of hire.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
