Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
1. Answering incoming calls from customers regarding product and service inquiries, complaints, and general information
2. Identifying common customer issues and bringing them to the attention of the team
3. Utilizing customer scripts to resolve difficult situations and referring to a supervisor when necessary
4. Recording customer interactions and following up to ensure satisfaction with our company
5. Collaborating with sales leads to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
