Bestica is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

This is a supervisory position that requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in nuclear medicine technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services using nuclear medicine technology.
  • Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, including Siemens Gamma Cameras.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to promote professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology, with a strong focus on diagnostic imaging.
  • Current licensure to practice nuclear medicine in the state of New York.
  • Certification in nuclear medicine technology (CNMT) and/or radiologic technologist (RT) with a focus on nuclear medicine.
  • Experience with Siemens Gamma Cameras and other advanced imaging equipment.
  • NIH Stroke Certification required prior to start date.
