Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation through planning to execution to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with project management tools and software

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
