Thompson Health is seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient pharmacy locations. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing pharmacy teams and improving patient outcomes.

• Supervise and manage pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide clinical guidance and support.
• Conduct regular audits and quality control measures to ensure accuracy and safety of medication dispensing.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings and projects to promote collaboration and improve patient care.

• Current New York State Pharmacist registration.
• Accredited continuing education as required/defined by New York State.
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D from accredited Pharmacy program.
• Minimum of 3 years in ambulatory pharmacy practice.
• Preferred: 5 years in ambulatory pharmacy practice and 1 year of managerial experience.
