Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager serves as the main liaison for testing initiatives, annual preparedness assessments, continuity assurance, and recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for testing initiatives, annual preparedness assessments, continuity assurance, and recovery operations.

• Organize and facilitate specification gathering meetings, testing sessions, and site visits.

• Review and analyze proposals, client agreements, and confidentiality documents.

• Provide written confirmations regarding any modifications to production timelines.

• Keep both internal and external stakeholders informed about project statuses.

• Update daily production logs as necessary.

• Prepare all necessary documentation and communications for the production team with clear instructions.

• Gather and distribute client specifications to the recovery center.

• Maintain comprehensive client records (both electronic and physical).

• Conduct collaborative meetings with representatives from all relevant departments to discuss project scope.

• Offer backup support to the Client Management team during absences.

• Provide on-site assistance for testing and recovery operations.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Business or a related field is preferred; technical backgrounds are advantageous.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery is required.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities are essential.

• Proven capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing client and organizational demands.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work for 8 consecutive hours.

• Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer are required.

• Occasional travel may be necessary, up to 10% of the time.
