Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, which may include addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
