Genghis Grill is an interactive Mongolian Stir Fry fast-casual restaurant established in 1998. We offer customers the unique experience of creating their own meals by choosing from a variety of proteins, vegetables, spices, sauces, and side options. Our dishes are then cooked on a huge round open grill.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for cooking high-quality meals on a round open grill. You will prepare ingredients quickly to specifications, following recipes for preparing, seasoning, and cooking food items.

You will communicate ticket times and potential issues to servers and managers, and provide exceptional customer service. To maintain a clean kitchen, you will clean and sanitize workstations and equipment, practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices, and comply with HACCP standards. This includes stocking, dating, rotating, and checking the temperatures of food products.

• At least 18 years old
• Experience with cooking techniques and equipment
• Knowledge about sanitation and safety procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend availability required

Lunch and dinner shifts are available. An example lunch shift would be 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., while a dinner shift could be 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
