Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of high-quality patient care, evaluating staff performance and providing guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and educators, to drive quality initiatives and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Manage scheduling, rounding, and patient/family satisfaction initiatives to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Guide staff performance evaluations, provide counseling, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or Compact State a must.
  • Hold certifications such as BLS and ACLS; PCCN, TNCC, TCAR are preferred for advanced skill sets.
  • A minimum of 3-7 years' experience in acute critical care nursing with neuro trauma supervisory experience is essential.
