Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Evaluate customer equipment and service requirements.
- Identify and recommend immediate revenue-generating opportunities to clients.
- Execute service and repair tasks on HVAC systems and refrigeration units.
- Demonstrate strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on work orders and service quotes.
- Coordinate effectively with Dispatch and Service department staff.
- Utilize appropriate safety equipment and personal protective gear (PPE).
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers and third parties.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Possess a valid, clean driver's license in accordance with company policy.
- Hold an FDNY Torch Certification.
- Complete OSHA 30-hour and 10-hour SST Certifications.
- Be proficient in smartphone usage; familiarity with IVR systems and retail procedures is advantageous.
- Willingness to participate in standby rotation and work overtime as required.
