Nurse Unit Leader for Cardiology Department

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Leader to join our team in the Cardiology department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services that meet their individual needs.
Main Responsibilities- SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE ACTIVITIES OF NURSING PERSONNEL: Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide effective patient care, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- EVALUATE UNIT NURSING CARE AND PERFORMANCE: Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care provided.
- PARTICIPATE IN PLANNING WORK OF ASSIGNED UNITS: Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
In addition to these responsibilities, this role will also involve:
- Verifying that patients' needs are met
- Coordinating activities with other patient care units and related departments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license and relevant nursing experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
