Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Supervisor. This role will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our homecare clients and patients, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of care to homecare clients and patients.
- Lead and develop the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to patients' homes to ensure compliance with clinical standards and quality of care.
- Recruit, train, and develop homecare caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to provide high-quality care.
- Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located).
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
