Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in machinery maintenance.
  • Experience with precast machinery is a plus.
  • Proficient in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with sensors, induction motors, frequency inverters, electrical control systems, basic PLC architecture, and transformers.
  • Ability to test electrical systems using various testing equipment such as megger, earth tester, and multi/clamp meters.
  • Capable of interpreting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PI drawings.
  • Extensive knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily maintenance activities, including CLIT, 5S, and preventive and periodic maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Oversee the complete erection and commissioning of heavy construction equipment, maintaining comprehensive commissioning records.
  • Maintain excellent 5S standards throughout the factory and implement visual factory techniques.
  • Support site operations by servicing power tools and equipment regularly.
  • Effectively manage critical situations related to machine breakdowns.
  • Report all breakdowns and abnormalities to management and follow through until resolution.
  • Update maintenance records and share them with the reporting manager daily.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure all factory and site equipment is in good working condition.
  • Engage in root cause analysis, operations, installation, maintenance, defect rectification, and safety checks on various equipment, allocating manpower as needed.
  • Implement an abnormality management system to identify and address all issues.
  • Participate in factory improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all safety standards, including EHS, OHSAS, and BBS.

Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
