**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities, including floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Notify management concerning minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
