About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Bradfordville Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and compassionate dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques, technologies, and best practices to deliver high-quality care and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, improve patient satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
