Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at the ENDO/GI Center at Somerville Hospital. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting gastroenterologists and nurses with GI procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with preparation and procedures
- Set up procedure rooms with necessary equipment and supplies
- Enter procedural data into ProVation
- Adhere to high-level disinfecting standards for reprocessing endoscopes
- Assist providers with endoscopy procedures
- Stock rooms and perform unit-specific quality testing
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year current GI, surgical technician, and/or Endo care experience preferred
