About the Role

This position provides leadership and support as the functional expert for HR, Payroll, and Safety within a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, as well as experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire top talent for salaried and hourly positions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop training programs and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
