- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient status to ensure timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- NYS RN License
- Accredited School of Nursing Graduate
- 1 Year Specialized Experience
- BLS and ACLS Required, CCRN/CSC Preferred
