Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.

This is a part-time and full-time day shift opportunity available for the Certified Surgical Tech position in multiple locations within the system.

  • The successful candidate will have the chance to rotate with various OR teams to gain experience in different specialties and make informed decisions about their career path.
  • The ability to flex to other locations of interest is also offered.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures.
  • Maintain a sterile field and prepare operating rooms for surgeries.
  • Ensure proper equipment function and maintain a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Surgical Technology or a related field.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (CST-NCCT) by National Center Competency Testing (NCCT).
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification.
