  • Provides general nursing care to patients and families along the illness continuum, collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Develops and implements educational programs to enhance patient care and staff development.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • RN license or licensed/certified in assigned clinical area of expertise
  • Basic Life Support Instructor certification
  • Knowledge of accreditation, regulatory, and certification requirements
  • 5 years of experience in designated clinical area
  • 2+ years of experience in education-adult development, knowledge, concepts, and strong communication skills
