Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate modular construction projects at our production facility, ensuring smooth transitions to site locations.
- Manage all site-related activities, including sourcing and engaging material vendors to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, production managers, and general contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and quality assurance standards.
- Provide ongoing feedback to project managers regarding project developments, concerns, and modifications.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily reports.
- Maintain and adjust completion schedules as necessary to ensure timely module turnover.
- Identify and address emerging issues to mitigate risks effectively.
- This role requires travel up to 85% of the time, necessitating a valid driver's license.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction codes and regulations.
- Proven experience in multi-family commercial projects.
