Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate modular construction projects at our production facility, ensuring smooth transitions to site locations.
  • Manage all site-related activities, including sourcing and engaging material vendors to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, production managers, and general contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and quality assurance standards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to project managers regarding project developments, concerns, and modifications.
  • Monitor work progress and prepare daily reports.
  • Maintain and adjust completion schedules as necessary to ensure timely module turnover.
  • Identify and address emerging issues to mitigate risks effectively.
  • This role requires travel up to 85% of the time, necessitating a valid driver's license.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction codes and regulations.
  • Proven experience in multi-family commercial projects.
