Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our Start Up Team. This role is ideal for new graduates, as we offer up to $10,000 in loan repayment assistance.

Role Responsibilities:
As a member of the Start Up Team, you will:
  • Travel to various new locations within our organization to support the launch of new therapy sites.
  • Participate in rollout meetings and assist in the training and orientation of new staff members.
  • Implement company processes and systems while providing high-quality patient care.

This position offers a diverse range of settings and opportunities for professional growth. You will receive extensive leadership training and support as part of the Start Up Team.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Must possess or be eligible for State Licensure in the states where therapy services will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest, typically for 8-13 week assignments.

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and includes a comprehensive benefits package, featuring:
