About the Role: Zalk Josephs Fabricators L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Welder and Constructor for our weekend shift. This role requires strong welding and construction skills to produce high-quality metal parts.The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a fast-paced environment. The position comes with a competitive pay rate of $23-$29/hour, plus a 10% shift premium. The schedule is a 3-day work week (Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts, 6am-6:30pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble metal parts according to blueprints.
- Operate tooling and equipment, such as torches, grinders, air arcs, and overhead cranes.
- Comprehend Bills of Material to determine necessary materials and requirements.
- Perform detailed quality checks following D1.0 standards.
