Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Shift Details: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Full-Time, with some weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the premises to prevent suspicious and criminal activities
  • Complete detailed reports covering all relevant aspects (Who, What, When, Where & Why)
  • Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure and functioning properly
  • Inform violators of site rules and regulations
  • Report any facility-related issues, including fire hazards and safety concerns
  • Request emergency services in high-risk situations
  • Utilize provided software to document events during shifts
  • Conduct regular patrols and check designated points as instructed by management
  • Familiarize oneself with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the site
  • Collaborate with team members daily, including during events
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields
  • Ability to manage physical demands, including standing and walking during patrols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Adherence to grooming standards
  • Possession of a Florida Security D License
  • CPR/AED Certification (training provided if not certified)
  • Valid Driver's License
