Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
- Present medication to patients, observe ingestion, or administer medication using specified procedures.
- Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting reactions to the healthcare team.
- Restock medication inventories, ensuring a smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, and taking corrective action as needed.
