Talent-Doc is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full Stack Healthcare Software Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining software applications for the healthcare industry.

About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain software applications for the healthcare industry. This involves mastering the development, tailoring, and oversight of applications within the Zoho Suite. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to test and debug software applications, work with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure that the software meets their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software applications for the healthcare industry.
  • Masterfully develop, tailor, and oversee applications within Zoho Suite.
  • Test and debug software applications.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the software meets their needs.
  • Ensure development practices comply with healthcare regulations like HIPAA, focusing on data security and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to adapt IT solutions to their specific needs, thus enhancing patient care and operational effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, with emphasis on compliance and functionality.
  • Work with executive management on data-driven reporting for operational effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience in Zoho Applications, MS Power BI, and Cloud Services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.
