Monster Beverage Corp is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Street Team initiative. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our sales efforts, enhance product visibility in retail environments, and create impactful customer interactions. Here’s what you can expect from this dynamic position:

  • Drive sales objectives and increase product placement in retail locations.
  • Ensure the successful execution of agreed-upon marketing strategies.
  • Showcase Monster products effectively in coolers and display areas.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with store management in key accounts.
  • Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for point of sale and visual displays.
  • Support sales initiatives through clear and effective communication.
  • Report on execution tasks to the Street Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities: As a representative, your duties will include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with Store Managers.
  • Displaying Monster products in optimal locations.
  • Increasing cold storage space in relevant accounts.
  • Managing promotional materials both inside and outside of retail locations.
  • Safeguarding program materials and company assets.
  • Punctuality and adherence to the designated work schedule.
  • Upholding brand standards and maintaining professional attire.
  • Exhibiting professionalism and proactive communication with customers.
  • Responding promptly to directives from the Street Team Lead.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Must possess a clean driving record.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ownership of a vehicle is required.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
