Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech and language disorders. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide therapy services to students individually and in groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success and provide a comprehensive support system.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Michigan state licensure or eligibility to practice in the state.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
