  • IV Therapy: Performing IV product verifications and managing renal dose adjustments.
  • Patient Safety: Conducting comprehensive assessments for medication conversions.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Active Texas Pharmacist License
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • IV Certification
